2022 is here- make YOUR production shine with our expertise and inventory! We are already booked on a major horror-comedy anthology film project, with more on the way. Additionally, as theatre venues reopen to waiting patrons we have reengaged with several productions already!
2021 went much better than expected! SAS supported a dozen projects including a major thriller, "Safe Room", that will air on Lifetime in January 2022
2020 was largely a bust for the theatre and film industry- however SAS supported a half-dozen productions, including a major film involving the 1983 Marine Corp barracks bombing in Beirut!
Theatre Alliance of Washington had a brilliant OFF-BROADWAY run of "Occupied Territories".
"The Night Watchmen" featuring SAS props and gear is now on all streaming platforms AND Blu-Ray disc!

"Von Doom — Unofficial Dr. Doom Fan Film". A follow-up to the wildly successful "Spider-Man Lives: A Miles Morales Story", Von Doom has already scored nearly 25,000 views! Congratulations to all who put so much effort into this fantastic piece!

"The Night Watchmen" has been released and is enjoying huge success on world-wide festival circuits. We placed gun props and gear in the film. Additionally our friends at "Misfits of Mayhem" under Jeff Wilhelm performed all of the amazing stunt coordination, execution (fire!) and training. It is absolutely thrilling and hilarious at the same time. Below is the trailer, but please be aware it is NSFW!
In theatre news:
The Theatre Alliance production of the Vietnam War-themed "Occupied Territories" enjoyed multiple runs not only at the Anacostia Playhouse but also throughout New England. This year the show is debuting off-Broadway in NYC later in September. Our props and gear have been featured from the beginning - we are proud to be attached to such an important project!
And as always, we continue to support community theatre as well as semi-professional and professional shows.
Growth Media Productions newest release, "Fat Guy with a Shotgun", has recently been honored at the Action on Film Festival with the award for Best Horror, as well as nominations in the Best Special Effects and Best Guerrilla Film categories. "FGWS" a grindhouse comedy horror thriller using a number of SAS props. We also enjoyed playing a featured background role. Again, this trailer is NSFW!!

SAS has been involved with music videos almost from the start. Currently there are nearly a dozen projects that we have been on board for. Below is a spectacular effort by Mind in Motion. They also produced the critical success, "Lotus Eyes", using SAS props. The video below is for the Baltimore based music group "Fives" and is simply beautiful.
